MOST HEALTH EXPERTS WONT AGREE WITH ME🤔🚫

Yet... I am still going to say what I will. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Get good skin products, drink loads of water and your skin will get clear...
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Every single coach I know will tell you to do these as priority. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🚫I disagree... but hear me out. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The reason you don’t have the skin you want is because it’s a build up of:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
❌ toxic thoughts which turn into excess anger in the body, AKA heat (look up Pitta in Ayurveda)
❌ lack of sleep
❌ a build up of processed foods, chemicals from meds & pollution
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now, I don’t disagree with loads of water & good products... but you have to deal with skin from THE INSIDE!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
SLEEP 😴 get 7.5 hours a night, getting off your phone at least 30 min prior (being on the phone prevents you from going into deep REM sleep needed to build collagen & repair the body.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
THE MIND 🧠 if you have issues with anger, jealously, comparison... just know these are creating high levels of acidity which negates positive things you do
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
COLORFUL FOODS🥑 thé more colorful the higher the antioxidants - NATURAL skin fighters ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I decided to take an impromptu trip here after telling myself... no more travel for early 2020. Oops 😬 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Being here with so much wine 🍷 cheese 🧀 and delicious bread 🥖... I’ve been asked how it’s possible to stay healthy while traveling.

One of the biggest principles I live by is NO DEPRIVATION. I talk about this in my 2nd book 📚“Meal Prep Your Way to Weight Loss” & how you can learn to eat what you want, with no guilt.

The key is to choose what it is you want, get good quality, the balance those style meals out with foods you know are good for you & make you feel vibrant after eating them.🥒🥑🥦
