I decided to take an impromptu trip here after telling myself... no more travel for early 2020. Oops 😬 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Being here with so much wine 🍷 cheese 🧀 and delicious bread 🥖... I’ve been asked how it’s possible to stay healthy while traveling.

One of the biggest principles I live by is NO DEPRIVATION. I talk about this in my 2nd book 📚“Meal Prep Your Way to Weight Loss” & how you can learn to eat what you want, with no guilt.
