I just wanted to share my detox progress pics with you. I have been working on loosing weight for about 5 months now and was successful at first but then got a bit stuck. I started your detox at 156 pounds and ended at 146 pounds. I didn’t cheat once and rarely felt hungry. I continued to run 4 out of the 5 nights and really enjoyed the meals! So thank you! I would encourage people to buy this plan if they are thinking about it!
Nikki, Just wanted to send you a pic of my results after your 5 day detox! I absolutely loved it and was surprised at how little hunger I felt, especially since I’m breastfeeding my 3 month old and I didn’t increase my portion sizes.
