Blueberry Ginger Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie is high in antioxidants, superfoods, is anti-inflammatory and will promote digestion. It's a great way to start your morning to have high amounts of energy, or as a snack later in the day.
  • Large handful spinach
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 cm chunk fresh ginger
  • 2 cm chunk fresh turmeric*
  • 2 tbsp Beauti-Fuel protein powder
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender, along with water and ice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Top with your choice of ingredients. I recommend cacao nibs, bee pollen, coconut flakes, frozen raspberries.
  3. *If you don't have fresh turmeric you can sub with ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder.
