How To Make a Green Smoothie: health in a jar

By no means do you need to put as many things in your green smoothie as I do. The basic recipe for a green smoothie would be:

– handful spinach

– handful berries or other fruit

– 1/2 banana

– almond milk or water

THEN you can add things like chia seeds, flax, broccoli, xantax gum, etc. etc.

    not sure whether i am right, but i always though fresh veggies are better for you. did you use frozen veggies cause you were making a smoothie? and do you buy frozen veg or do you make it your own?
