    Hi Nikki,
    Does your 30 day program cater to different weights? I just finished a diet plan that adjusted for weight.. For example the menu (intake) was different for weight under 110, 111-130,130-165 and 165 and above. Does that make sense?

      Hi Tammy, this is a 30 day plan to affect your mental wellness as well keeping you on track with your goals- this isn’t a specific meal plan or fitness plan. Hope that helps 🙂
