July Squat Challenge

Hello again beauties,

You know I’m back at it when I post two blogs in one day… I don’t think this has ever happened. I wanted to post to let you all know that I’m doing a July Squat Challenge!  I’ve been feeling a little out of shape lately, so I decided July would be the perfect month to tone up my legs and buns.

Even if you’ve never done squats before, this challenge is designed to make you a squat master by the end of the month. The repetition increments will help you reach 100 squats without overworking your body.

And for those of you out there who are eager to work out as much as possible, make sure to take the assigned rest days!! Our bodies only build muscle when we allow them to rest, so you’re not doing yourself any favors by skipping rest days.
