Lose Fat With These Quick Workouts
Sometimes we don’t have time for the gym but want to get in a quick workout while at home. Here are two workouts that I’ve done prior to going into work, that get me burning calories, sweating, and feeling amazing for the rest of the day.
Do each exercise straight after the other, no breaks. Once you’ve finished the last exercise, take a 2 minute rest, then repeat 2 more times for both the workout above and below.
