I am beyond excited to share the OFFICIAL BOOK TRAILER for my second book, Meal Prep Your Way to Weight Loss (out May 1). This has been a very long time in the making (the book that is hehe) and I feel the book trailer embodies everything that I wanted to share with you. I hope you love it! 🙂

So why am I ecstatic about this book, the official book trailer, and all the content inside?

  • Meal prepping is simple! This is very key to me and I really hope that through my blog posts, newsletters and Instagram posts/stories I am showing that you it does not need to be complicated!
  • It should be fun. I love to taste things as I go, put on music and just really enjoy the moment. We are so caught up rushing through life that most of us don’t even have time to make a simple meal for ourself. I hope that this trailer + my book show you that nourishing your body both with food (and by slowing down and enjoying your days) will have a lasting impact.
  • The foods you will be making are all super colorful and very delicious. I taste tested every single recipe as I developed them when writing this program and I can tell you – you will absolutely love everything that is here. I mean, who doesn’t like simple, easy, and tasty recipes!?

    Got your second book! Love it! Delicious recipes and great ideas for healthy snacks! Unfortunately I did not lose 5 pound per week as you promised, I guess too much snacks for me . I am on my 4 th week now and lost only 7 pound in total.
    P.S.Love your paleo bread !

      Hi Elena, I’m so glad to hear that you love the recipes and that the book is helping. In regards to weight loss, there are many factors that go into this and without knowing how much you exercise, how your stress levels are, etc. it’s hard to say why you didn’t lose more. I do recommend my 5 Day Detox if you’re looking to see results quicker 🙂
