Carrot Cake Oats

BREAKFAST

This is such a simple, yet absolutely DELICIOUS recipe. It’s filled with some sneaky vegetables, slow releasing carbohydrates that will keep your energy levels up all morning, not to mention it tastes like carrot cake! What’s not to love?!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 large carrot (grated)
  • cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup water
  • stevia (to taste)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a pot or pan
  2. Cook on low for 5 minutes, constantly stirring
  3. Add to your bowl and top with chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes or kiwi
