OATS WITH A SNEAKY TWIST

BREAKFAST

Have you had your greens today? If not, don’t worry! Try incorporating this delicious and nutritious porridge into your morning routine to get the most out of your day. This sneaky porridge has zucchini in it, along with tons of protein to keep you fueled up and energetic.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 of a medium zucchini, grated
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • stevia, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a pot, over medium heat, add your oats, water, and egg whites and grated zucchini. Stir until the oats have cooked and egg white has mixed in; roughly 5 minutes.
  2. Add your stevia (start with less, add more as needed) and vanilla extract.
  3. Top with fresh fruit, goji berries, cacao nibs, cinnamon or anything else your heart desires.
