SUPER FOOD SALAD

I made this salad over the weekend, and let me tell you… this bad boy was sooooo good! I loaded it with superfood ingredients that are a sure fire way to keep yourself feeling healthy, full of energy and avoiding any sickness during the holiday season.

AVOCADO – helps improve skin tone & aids weight loss
BEETROOT – rich in calcium & iron
BROCCOLI – high in folic acid and fiber
CARROT – rich in beta carotene fantastic for your eyes
CHARD – anti inflammatory
MACKEREL – rich in Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids
TOMATO – cancer preventing properties

Dressing: balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, whole grain mustard and black pepper.
