Valentines Leg Blast Workout

Ok I know it’s Valentine’s Day and all but there is no excuse to miss your workout, especially when you will be indulging in a few scrumptious treats today. From the box of chocolates he surprises you with to the cheeky few glasses of champagne you enjoy, this simple 20 minute workout will be sure to give you a hardcore leg workout, allowing you to enjoy your day guilt free.

There are 8 exercises here, the aim is to do as many reps as you can of each exercise for 30secs at a time, continuously complete all 8 exercises then rest for 2 minutes and repeat twice. If you are feeling energetic, why not try 4 rounds:

  1. Weighted narrow squats x 30secs
  2. Dumbbell leg press x 30 secs
  3. Jump squats x 30 secs
  4. Pressups x 30 secs
  5. Side jump squats x 30 secs
  6. Lunges x 30 secs
  7. Weighted wide squats x 30 secs
  8. Burpees x 30 secs

Then repeat x 2
