Anti-Aging Superfood Smoothie

Try this Anti-Aging Superfood Smoothie to start your day with a blast of energy and help fight aging and disease the delicious way :)
Blueberry Layer
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • ½ teaspoon acai powder
  • small palmful of mint
Banana Layer
  • 2 bananas
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut flakes
  1. Blend the blueberry layer ingredients and pour half of the mixture into a jar or glass. Set the other half aside
  2. Blend the banana layer ingredients and pour on top of the blueberry layer
  3. Pour the remaining blueberry layer on top of the banana layer
  4. Top with coconut flakes! Optional to add nuts, berries, mint or cacao nibs to the top as well
