Guilt-Free Chocolate Crepes

These guilt-free chocolate crepes are a great way to energize your morning and satisfy that sweet tooth, without feeling bad after!
Crepe Ingredients
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 large whole eggs
  • 1 TBSP coconut nectar
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 TBSP coconut oil
Chocolate Sauce Ingredients
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  1. Blend all crepe ingredients except coconut oil
  2. Heat pan with coconut oil. Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the center of the pan and spread around pan so crepes are very thin. Cook for 2 minutes or until bottom is brown and then flip. Repeat with each crepe
  3. Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips in a cup either in the microwave or in a small pot over low heat.
  4. Add crepes to plate. Drizzle with chocolate sauce
  5. Optional: top with sugar of your choice (I used Xylitol), coconut flakes, blueberries or other fruit
