On the one hand – we want to eat right and feel amazing sporting a bikini. On the other hand – A summer picnic or BBQ usually won’t have much more than burgers, hot dogs, potato salad and sugar-filled drinks. I am a firm believer in incorporating balance into a healthy lifestyle and enjoying the foods you want in moderation, BUT too many of these little festivities can have you feeling pretty sluggish.
