What 200 Calories Looks Like

I was inspired to post this after I saw it on WiseGeek.
Anytime I see people counting calories they are eating a lot of foods that are pre-packaged or boxed (many of which have been listed here). These types of foods have little to no vitamins, nutrients, or benefits to the body. (Not to mention they all look the same color!)
Now have a look at the fruit and vegetables and see how much MORE you get to eat for the same amount of calories! These foods will keep you full because of all the fiber, not to mention they will help your skin glow, make you sleep better, and give you loads of energy.
Simple swaps to keep you healthy while cooking:
Dates instead of Sugar for added sweetness in baking
Stevia and Xylitol instead of Equal or other sweeteners
Applesauce instead of Oil for baking
Avocado or Banana as a base instead of store bought mousse
Goats Cheese instead of Cheddar Cheese
Buckwheat Soba Noodles instead of White Pasta
Wholegrain Pasta instead of White Pasta
Almond Milk instead of Cow’s Milk
Kale Chips instead of Potato Chips
Spinach instead of Iceberg Lettuce
Sunflower Seed Bread instead of Whole Wheat Bread
